The app
Sweep is a Minesweeper puzzle game for iPhone, provided for entertainment. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App under the terms of Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which applies to the App in full.
Purchases
Sweep Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, not by us. You can restore a previous purchase on a new device from the App's Settings using the same Apple Account.
In-game coins
Coins are earned by playing and are used to unlock board themes. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged, and cannot be transferred between accounts or devices. They may be reset if you delete the App.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with or redistribute the App, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.
No warranty
The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of the App, including loss of game progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the law of your country.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always appears on this page with its effective date.
